Job Summary

•   Develop and manage an efficient system of reporting
•   Provide detailed management reports periodically and upon demand
•   Ensure the firm is never in breach of any statutory obligation

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree with a Finance background /Part qualification of professional Accounting course
•   At least five (5) years in middle management and above
•   Deep understanding of financial reporting for investments and banking firms
•   Deep understanding of reporting requirements and regulations of Securities and Exchange Commission and other statutory bodies
