Job Summary

AFC Consultants International is looking for three senior specialists for upcoming long-term assignments related to agricultural value chain development in Ghana.
Specialists must have a consolidated, senior level experience in the promotion of either:

•   the rice value chain or
•   the maize value chain or
•   the pineapple value chain.

Qualification Required & Experience

Desired profile:

•   University degree (BSc or MSc) in relevant field of study
•   Minimum 7 years working experience in knowledge management, innovation development, training & extension and advocacy in one of the above value chains
•   Consolidated working experience at all levels of the respective value chain
•   Consolidated working experience in the field of smallholder farm enterprises and agribusinesses
•   Consolidated experience in the involvement of private and public sector organisations
•   Experience in the promotion of financial services for value chain actors is considered an asset
