Job Title: SMP Supervisor

Responsibilities

•   Ensure that erection is completed timeously and complies with the specifications, terms and conditions of the contract and project plan
•   Ensure good relations with client and subcontractors
•   Ensure good industrial relations with all staff on site
•   Ensure that quality standards are maintained
•   Ensure that maximum profit is achieved from the project
•   Prepare monthly cost and progress reports
•   Supervise all site staff

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Technical certificate / Tertiary Education qualification

OR

•   Degree or Diploma Engineering

OR

•   More than six (6) years of managerial / supervisory experience in multi-disciplinary projects in the mining / minerals processing EPCM environment

Candidate for the above position should have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills as well as a flair for teamwork. A competitive, market related salary and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience will be negotiated with successful candidates
