Focos Orthopaedic Hospital is seeking to hire the following: Specialist, Anaesthesia / Senior Specialist, Anaesthesia

Summary of Roles:

• Be responsible for the management and coordination of administration of Anaesthesia for the hospital.

In the particular, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the clinic days as per OPD schedules
• Undertaking pre-surgey education for patients
• Liaising with surgeons on all surgical cases
• Monitoring medication requisitions with pharmacy
• Supervising the development of standard operating procedures for anaesthesia administration
• Participating in research and academic programmes

Qualification Required & Experience

• Member of GCPS/WACS (Part I)
• Good standing with Ghana Medical & Dental council
