A public Service Organisation, established by law and committed to employment equity, is inviting applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians to fill the following vacancy: Stenographer Secretary

Functions

• Provides effective and efficient secretarial service
• Coordinates the work schedules of the supervisor and manage office daily
• Facilitates the organisation of meetings
• Maintains efficient confidential registry
• Receives, screen and transfer telephone enquiries
• Receives visitors / clients
• Operates the photocopier and fax machines
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of HND / University Diploma in Secretarial and Management or related field from an accredited institution
• Must have completed 1 year National Service
