A property development organisation (client) seeks the services of competent and experienced individuals for the following position: Supervising Architect & Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Planning all phases of the project and ensure completion of the project within specified period
• Supervising building works to ensure it meets design specifications
• Liaise with contractors and sub-contractors on issues related to architectural works
• Supervising and inspecting related construction materials to ensure they are of good quality
• Supervising and ensuring optimum use of materials on site to avoid waste
• Supervising and managing labour on site
• Monitor staff productivity an provide constructive feedback
• Supervising the compliance with all rules and regulations governing the site
• Developing project progress reports
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and requested

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, architecture or any related field
• 5 or 10 years of relevant experience in the Development / Construction industry
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills required
• Excellent team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
