Job Vacancy For Supervisor – Sales



We are well-respected, fully authorized dealer of new coaches, construction equipment (earth moving equipment) and generators of all sizes. We also maintain the capability to provide genuine spare parts and comprehensive after sales service of the range of products we deal in. Additionally we provide servicing packages for other brands of vehicles in our product range, enabling our customers to focus their strengths on their  core businesses. We also provide hiring and rental services of our range of equipment to clients.

Objective

•   Providing close supervision for the brand and business management, including developing and implementing marketing plans together with manager to deliver year-on-year growth through line extensions, product improvements, promotion, portfolio management, pricing and competitive market assessments. Lead cross functional teams in implementation of the marketing plan for sales. Must have a proven track record for exceeding targets
•   Appearance, customer service and communication skills are essential

Job Knowledge

•   Create and lead line extension opportunities to maintain category leader position and drive growth
•   Develop strategies based on category insights, product and customer life cycles
•   Align brand and portfolio strategies to achieve business goals
•   Forecasting and tracking results and inventory needs
•   Implement customer visit plan, collect customers demand information and establish periodic customer contact and communication system

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university with minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
•   Cross functional team leadership experience
•   Professional membership
•   Ability to work in a fast paced and extremely busy environment where seconds are necessary in closing sales
