Job Description

• Managing T24/Globus Software Application and any application introduced by the ARB Apex Bank Ltd.
• Implementing systems and control, to ensure systems, data security and protection
• Develop systems to ensure problems log-in resulting from operations
• Specifying the recommended changes in Technology and systems to ensure optimal service delivery
• Responsible for the effective operations and management of the IT department
• Evaluating and planning necessary upgrades of the computers and networks
• Performs other internal duties (training and coaching newly recruited staff on the T24 software
• Ability to develop simple programmes and report writing from operational software
• Liaising with ARB Apex Bank Ltd to resolve matters relating to IT
• Any other activity assigned by the General Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of degree in computer science / professional diploma in IT and any other professional qualification, with at least 5 years experience preferably in rural banking
• Knowledge in T24 software is an added advantage
