Job Vacancy For Team Leader, Corporate Travel



Landtours Ghana Limited, a reputable destination management company in Accra, seeks qualified candidates to fill the position of Team Leader, Corporate Travel and Meetings, incentives, conference and events (MICE) Division.

Job Summary

•   Responsible for managing multinational client accounts to include but not limited to providing customer service, client retention, contract negotiation, sale of meetings, incentives, conference and events products and managing a team of staff

Essential duties and responsibilities

•   Responsible for coordination of all communication between corporate clients, vendors and team members and maintaining a relationship with account managers at all the major airlines, hotel and restaurants
•   Works closely with General Manager to identify and negotiate corporate contracts with major airlines, hotels, restaurants and other vendors.
•   Drive the profitability of the division with ovesight responsibility to include billing and invoicing corporate clients, commissions from airlines and hotels and refunds to clients
•   Responsible for marketing services and products to new clients and signing new contracts with corporate clients

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a University Degree in Business Administration, strong business knowledge and thorough knowledge of travel industry technology
•   Minimum of 7 years work experience with a minimum of 2 years in a sales and supervisory/managerial role, preferably in the travel industry
•   Experience working in a bi-cultural enviroenment/multinational company
•   Effective and excellent communication and client relation skills, as well as ability to travel domestically and internationally on regular basis
