Consolidated franchises Ghana Ltd, operators of the Barcelos brand in Ghana, is recruiting trainee Restaurant Managers.

The job entails among others:

•   Day to day running of the restaurant
•   Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety regulations
•   Ensuring quality customer service
•   Overseeing staff (training and supervising staff)
•   Preparing reports and managing budgets for the restaurant
•   Introducing strategies to increase turnover
•   Overseeing stock levels and controlling food cost

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicants must hold at least a first degree or HND and must be between-24 and 30 years of age.
•   Relevant experience is not a requirement but is an advantage.
•   The successful applicants will be confident, personable and enjoy customer interaction.

You must also possess the following:

•   Leadership Skills (Ability to motivate staff, resolve conflicts and make decisions)
•   Must be numerically inclined
•   Good command of both written and spoken English
•   Good, problem-solving skills
•   Flexibility (Be available to work at all times) & Stamina, long, busy days on your feet are the trademark of this job
•   Must be computer literate (Conversant with Microsoft Office suite)
