Responsibilities and Duties

•   Works with Research and Monitoring Unit to identify training and development needs of clients.
•   Manage the delivery of training and development programmes.
•   Develops  training strategy for the organization
•   Provide facilitation of training
•   Develop training concepts and process
•   Organize logistics for training
•   Provide support for proposal writing
•   Conduct and support training activities
•   Develops proposals, tools and processes for training
•   Evaluate effectiveness of training programmes
•   Provide advisory services to clients and the organization
•   Duties that may be assigned from time to time

Planning and Reporting

•   Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on various training activities of the company.
•   Support in the development and implementation of annual corporate and training plans.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good First Degree in Human Resource Management with expertise in management and or professional qualification in Organizational Development or related discipline
•   Significant knowledge and expertise in training delivery
•   Working experience in Management and Communication related training

•   Ability to think strategically and translate into realistic action plans
•   Ability to facilitate and engage audience effectively
•   Good persuasive and influencing skills
•   Well developed ICT skills
•   Excellent communication skills – oral and written
•   Ability to write and submit training reports as required
