Job Title: VAS Engineer Ref: VASENG

Responsibilities:

•   Implement, test, maintain and operate VAS platforms and applications
•   Ensure integration with the other network elements like STPs/MSCs/GMSC etc.
•   Analyse and resolve critical issues in coordination with vAS vendor
•   Create and edit scripts for scheduled jobs and mass changes
•   Handle Surveillance, fault management and spare management
•   Generate reports as required to monitor capacity, utilization, fault tracking etc.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of 3 years experience
•   A Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical/Electronic, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline
•   A postgraduate degree or professional certification in Telecommunication or Engineering field will be an added advantage
•   Good technical knowledge of VAS application/ platforms (SMS, MMS, High Speed Internet, CRBT and Blackberry)
•   Excellent knowledge of MS Office & report generation
•   Good knowledge of server administration programming and databases
•   Must have experience handling various VAS vendors
