An automobile company which is under extensive restructuring is looking to hire the services of the under-mentioned persons to take up key responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities - The person must be able to:

•   Set up a working environment to manage both the human and material resource base of the workshop
•   Set a system to sustain an active and efficient workforce
•   Manage a good working relationship with the company’s clientele and staff
•   Manage and collate the knowledge base of the entire workshop staff
•   Set up and manage a strong and efficient management reporting system

Skills / Competencies

•   Good and strong team player
•   Proven track record of managing a modern and computerized workshop
•   Good communicator
•   The aptitude to pay attention to detail

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Should not be less than 45 years
•   Must have at least 3 years working knowledge in a similar environment
•   Must have had a hands-on training and exposure on computerized diagnostic equipment
