Description Of Job

•  The Boarding House Parent will be responsible for the pastoral care and well-being of all the students residing in his/her Boarding House
•  He/She must promote the well-being of each student and relay information concerning each of them to the school management as necessary

Terms of service include a competitive salary, free furnished accommodation, return travel and health insurance

Qualification Required & Experience

Selection Criteria:

•  A level (WAEC)/University degree
•  At least 5 years experience working with children, preferably as Housemother, Housemistress, Teacher or similar position
•  Good understanding of boarding school activities
•  Possessing a caring and compassionate nature
•  Sense of initiative and flexibility
•  Excellent command of English is essential, knowledge of French and being computer literate would be an advantage
•  Position requires commitment to student life in a Boarding School and our rich activities programme
