ICF International seeks a Senior Management Systems Advisor for an anticipated 5-year, USAID-funded programme in the northern region of Ghana.

Qualification Required Or Experience

Basic Qualification:

. Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, International Development, Agriculture, Economics, Public Health, Nutrition or a related field of study and 8+ years progressively responsible advising government counterparts in developing and using management systems at the community level
. Preferred: 2 years of experience working in local government capacity building in Western Africa;
. In-depth knowledge of USAID programmatic, compliance, and reporting requirements; and innovative programme development and management skills
