Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of Degree in Accounting / Marketing / Agricultural Science/Economics or
•   Level III professional qualification i.e. C.A (Ghana) or ACCA
•   A minimum of 7 years working experience in the Banking Industry, 4years of which must be in Credit Administration at Management Level.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

•   Must have good knowledge in General Credit Administration

•   Must posses good interpersonal. Managerial and Supervisory skills

•   Manage the money transfer products, namely Apexlink, Western Union Money Transfer and MoneyGram.
•   Manage the e-banking products namely, e-Zwich, Cheque Codeline Clearing/Automated Clearing House and ARC Mobile.
•   Supervise the operations of the branches and the clearing centres
•   Manage the human and physical resource of the department
•   Prepare and submit periodic departmental reports to management
•   Manage the provision of customized banking and non-banking services to needy RCBs

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first degree in either Banking and Finance, Economics or any relevant discipline plus a postgraduate qualification, with at least ten (10) years experience in a financial institution, five (5) years of which must be at senior management level.

Or

•   Any relevant professional qualification plus at least ten (10) years experience in a financial institution, five (5) years of which must be at senior management level.
•   In both cases, knowledge and experience in rural banking will be an advantage.
