RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Maintain assigned vehicle(s) of Access Development in a safe and roadworthy condition at all times ;
•   Maintain vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule by an authorized service provider and coordinate periodic vehicle maintenance with supervisor to minimize interruptions;
•   Responsible for the purchase of fuel and any other lubricants as and when the need arises;
•   Responsible for the proper garaging and/or securing of vehicles in the Access Development office and on the field as directed by supervisor;
•   Responsible for the interior and exterior cleanliness of vehicles and conducting daily routine check on vehicle;
•   Report all damages as a result of accidental or deliberate act to supervisor and liaise with the Account Officer to organize effective repairs by a suitable repairer at the earliest opportunity;
•   Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections;
•   Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel log documentation, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident or accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records;
•   Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required;
•   Any other task and responsibilities as required for the success of the programs as determined by Access Development Headquarters and the Manager.

•   Must have a minimum of Senior Secondary School or O’ level certificate.
•   A minimum of 3 years driving experience with an international organization or car rental.

•   Must be conversant with the Ghana Highway Code.
