Qualification Required & Experience

• Human Resource Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, support diversity, classifying employees, Ghana labour laws
• 1st degree in Human Resource Management or any related course with not less than 5 years experience
• SPHR/PHR/CIPD certified and an MBA in HRM is an added advantage

The Human Resource and Administration Associate is responsible for managing human resources and related issues, general office administration, IT, facility management and travel coordination for the Ipas Ghana Office. General Duties Include:

•   Facilitate the sourcing for and hiring of staff and consultants;

Qualification Required & Experience
