The Role

•   Manage the product design, merchandising, development, and sourcing operations for fabrics and consumer goods.
•   Manage product assortment plans and product development initiatives bases on sales feedback, brand objectives and market opportunities (product merchandising)
•   Input and monitor brand marketing activities across all channels and markets
•   Analyse and monitor brand P&L across all distribution channels
•   In depth evaluation of brand Sales performance down to product level
•   Responsible for Recommended Retail Pricing (RRP) pricing decision and going in Margin for all product
•   Lead/ co-ordinate business planning and budget process for the brand
•   Identify and load long term strategic development Initiatives and communicate long term strategic development initiative and communicate long strategic vision
•   Proactively evolve management structure and develop talent to support business
•   Provide powerful leadership to the staff of the department and contribute to the optimisation of Group result
•   Ensure the alignment and cooperation with external stakeholders and internal department
•   Responsible for Budget planning and control which involves management of revenue,cost and capex budget of the department and business unit

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Master’s degree or equivalent in management, marketing or sales
•   Minimum 15 year’s experience, 8 years of which should be in management position
•   Relevant experience of fashion product merchandising in a medium sized international business
•   Strong understanding of brand and product management
•   Understanding of Fashion and Fabric manufacturing, logistic, retail and whole sales
•   Understanding retail merchandise planning and control processes
•   Good Understanding of commercial and financial requirements and KPIs with a focus on data analysis
•   Good communication, ambitious, highly motivated and entrepreneurial personality
•   Team Player, Proactive and decisive
•   Must be fluent in English while fluency in French is a plus

Production  Manager (2 positions )- Transport and Agricultural sectors

The Production managers make sure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, are cost-effective and deliver products on time. Your work would cover the three main areas of the production process:

•   planning – preparing orders, setting quality standards and estimating timescales and costs
•   control – monitoring production schedules and adjusting them if problems occur
•   supervision – managing supervisors, organising staff and making sure targets are met.

You would also put together production reports for factory managers and clients.

You would work closely with supervisors, maintenance technicians, company buyers, suppliers, quality control, training departments, and health and safety managers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Masters Degree or equivalent professional qualification in relevant field.
•   Must be a member of a recognised professional body.
•   Ten (10) years relevant post qualification experience in assigned field with at least 5 years in senior management role.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of food production staff is to give manual and technical support to the leadership team in the production facility in the preparation, production and delivery process of our high quality food product. The production staff will also be required to perform project-related jobs within and outside the project facility.

Key Responsibilities

Before Production

•   Ensure that there is adequate stock of raw materials in production storeroom before production starts
•   Weigh and measure out raw materials for one mix and properly organize materials on pallets under the supervision of the quality manager
•   Ensure all tools and implements needed for production are available
•   Observe all quality control guidelines given by the quality manager
•   Ensure that the production room is clean and organized

During Production

•   Weigh out raw materials for other mixes
•   Assist in putting raw materials into mixing machine
•   Tend to any spill that may occur in the production room
•   Complete manufacturing orders for each designated mix
•   Operate the machines in the production room under the supervision of the production manager
•   Prepare cartons for the packing of finished product
•   Collect used containers, buckets, tools, implements, and towels to be cleaned

After Production

•   Pack finished product in finished product storage room
•   Organize the production room
•   Collect production uniforms for cleaning

Other

•   Record stock of finished product
•   Assist with the off-loading of raw materials during reception
•   Assist in loading finished product during dispatch

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
•   Ability to work effectively in a team
•   Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve
