Position: Marketing Personnel
Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Job Purpose
A sales and marketing role that aims at positive contribution to the growth of a profitable portfolio of investors and borrowers within the approved policies thereby achieving agreed targets and profitability.

The marketing personnel will establish and grow the client base of the organization, promote and raise brand awareness or popularity of the brand. The personnel shall be responsible for establishing the company’s brand as an industry leader

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Act as a liaison between the company and its clients
•   Establishes and Maintains a pipeline of clients
•   Develop and roll out a marketing plan for the company
•   Formulate a marketing strategy and work in line with this strategy
•   Act as liaison between the company and its service providers, specifically content producers
•   Create detailed proposals, documents and presentations for clients
•   Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicant must have first degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or any related field from a recognized Institution.
•   Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role
•   Background in the entertainment industry is an added advantage

•   Candidate should have experience in sales and marketing techniques.

•   Should have good presentation skills

Job Summary

Develop & implement all retail marketing activities, both online and offline for the brand portfolio, 100% in line with the given brand marketing plans. Organise feedback loop on achieved operational results and manage the BTL retail marketing budget. Organize briefings and target setting for all BTL retail marketing activities, as a base for the brand marketing teams to provide tools. Drive the commercial activities using consumer loyalty vouchers as a too.

Key Accountabilities
Retail Marketing (instore)

•   Ensure close cooperation with Brand Marketing teams, to enable on-brand translation of the brand 52week calendar into retail 52weeks calender into retail 52 weeks activity calendar
•   Set up, and manage Retail marketing Annual schedule (52-weeks shop floor marketing activity planning) for all Group Brands
•   Ensure OTIF implementation of all retail marketing activities
•   Provide retail needs to help Brand marketing to develop retail marketing menu card
•   Manage the Retail Marketing BTL budget
•   Track the consumer loyalty promotion budget and handle other budget and administration duties

Retail Marketing (outside the store)

•   Cooperate with central brand teams and local marketing servicing teams to ensure OTIF implementation of any outside the store BTL activities

Retail usables & Materials

•   Drive the development of retail usables and materials from a operational and financial perspective (carrier Bag, Till Roll, packing materials, hangers, mannequins, etc)

Consumer Analysis

•   Evaluate levels of Consumer awareness of the brand, consumer understanding of what the Brand stands for (meaning, product offering) and Consumer satisfaction with products and services
•   Implement polls, surveys etc. on request & own initiative

Qualification Required & Experience

•   MBA Marketing
•   7 years minimum relevant experience
•   Excellent analytical skills
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
