Job Summary

•  Stock management and inventory control
•  Responsible for receiving and issuing of goods to and from all warehouse

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

•  Help manage stock and inventory control
•  Help manage commodity stock movement and stock status until sales to outside partners,
•  Receiving incoming materials and routing to appropriate warehouse and entering necessary records

•  Ensure inventory transactions are accurately logged into books

Duties
The Warehouse Supervisor will report to the financial controller and will be in charge of custody of the company’s materials and their administration. Materials will range from eathmoving equipment and vehicle spare parts, fuels and lubricants and plantation materials and inputs. His duties will include the following:

•  Receiving of all materials purchased by the company into stock
•  Issuing of materials on the basis of approved requisitions
•  Properly arranging materials a the store to ensure easy identification
•  Ensuring that locations and description of items correspond with those on the records
•  Ensuring cleanliness of the company’s warehouses
•  Ensuring the timely and proper input of receipts and withdrawals of materials

Qualification Required & Experience

Salaries And Other Conditions Of Service

Salaries are negotiable but very attractive and competitive. The duty station for all the above positions will be at Daboase (36 kilometers before Takoradi) in the Western region.
