Job Title: Young Graduates in Health and Education Research Program

Program Overview

CVA is seeking two motivated, articulate, and detail-oriented Young Graduates to join its Health and Education Research Program. This program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to build practical research experience while contributing to impactful projects across Africa, Europe, and North America.

Successful candidates will work as part of a multidisciplinary research team, supporting data collection, analysis, reporting, and knowledge dissemination in the health and education sectors. This position is offered on a two-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and organizational needs (renewal is not guaranteed).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in health and education research projects, including data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Support the preparation of research reports, policy briefs, and technical documents
• Assist in meeting project milestones, targets, and deliverables within agreed timelines
• Contribute to literature reviews and evidence-based research activities
• Respond to research-related inquiries and provide timely project updates when required
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners across multiple regions
• Attend and support local and international conferences, workshops, and meetings as required

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Recent post-secondary graduate (HND, BSc, or Master's degree) in health or education-related disciplines, including but not limited to:

O Nursing
O Pharmacy
O Medical Laboratory Science / Technology
O Public Health
O Education or related fields

• Prior work experience, internships, or volunteer experience in health or education is an advantage
• Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read and write in multiple languages is an added advantage
• Applicants must be between 18 and 31 years of age to qualify for the Young Graduates Program
