Main Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative Director will:

•    Manage & coordinate staff performance at the institute
•    Establish systems and process to ensure the efficient function of the Institute
•    Ensure that all papers published are distributed in a timely manner to all relevant stakeholders
•    Work with Senior Researchers to ensure that research targets are fulfilled and that efficient advocacy is carried out for each research paper developed
•    Provide the Executive Director with detailed monthly reports on the status of the institute
•    Provide the board with quarterly Administrative reports
•    Generally assist in promoting the Vision, Mission, Core Values and strategic agenda of the Institute, etc.

Qualification Required & Experience

•    A Masters degree in Business Administration or in a field relevant to the organisation’s mandate, such as Political Science, Political Economy, Economics and Law.
•    Applicant must possess eight (8) years minimum working experience in Management and Administrative work
•    Applicant must have the drive, passion and leadership skills to promote efficiency and professionalism within the organisation
•    Good writing and communication skills
•    Other skills and Abilities

Main Duties
