Role:

Pre-requisites:

•  Good University degree or equivalent from a recognized institution plus 2 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development
•  Have good insight into partnership/business development context in Ghana and West Africa
•  Have experience of working with and managing strategic partnerships
•  Be a self starter and posses strong relationship management skills
•  Be a strong team lead

•  Train, assist and ensure that farmers process high quality grains to company specification
•  Train and support farmers to apply best agronomy practices in productions and harvesting
•  Lead in the purchases of grains from farmers within your operational while ensuring storage and quality of the products.
