Key Responsibilities

•   Identify new business opportunities and threats through market research and provide appropriate recommendations
•   Attend to clients queries and provide appropriate solution
•   Promote the brand image of the business
•   Develop strategies and deliver excellent relationship management for total client satisfaction and retention and
•   Perform other related duties as may be required from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum qualification of a degree in marketing from a recognised university or CIM level III or relevant equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution
•   At least three(3) years full-time working experience
•   Must be computer literate
•   Experience in the financial services industry would be an added advantage
