Essential Duties

•   Responsible for developing, monitoring and controlling of standards, policies and procedures of production
•   Provide direction in the planning coordination and control of company’s manufacturing processes
•   Responsible for drawing up production schedules and overseeing its processes
•   Establishing minimum and maximum production levels in relation to market demand
•   Monitor to ensure that the agreed production process is duly developed and followed and also establish system related to production
•   Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards
•   Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.
•   Reports of necessary changes in standards (internally, externally and initiated) and on performance against standards
•   Liaise and co-operate with quality management and standards bodies.

•   University Degree or its equivalent in relation to production management and an experience in the manufacturing sector is a Must and in relation to Aluminium/Holloware Sector is plus

•   Work with Loan Officers:
1)  To examine and evaluate financial statements and other credit-related information of individuals and or MSMEs to assess the risk involved in lending money to them.
2)  Determine the creditworthiness of individuals and MSMEs for purposes of arranging for a loan and conduct due diligence on individual and MSME loan applicants.
•   Lead and motivate a large team spread across a wide geography;
•   Train, mentor, coach  and develop junior staff to deliver
•   Evaluate performance of staff for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining organization’s objectives;
•   Represent the organization at the appropriate business forums;

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least 3 years of experience in strategic business planning and execution, with a track record of managing successful business operations or projects;
•   Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures;
•   Experience in formulating policy, and developing, and implementing new strategies and procedures for operations;
•   Experience in managing cross functional teams;
•   Ability to manage, communicate and interact with peers, direct reports and team members and set an example;
•   Ability to motivate teams and inter personal skills to deal with internal and external agencies;
•   Experience in credit risk management and MSME credit assessment;
•   Share the belief that market based approaches can foster sustainable development;
•   Training and capacity building experience an added advantage
•   Must be Fluent in English with great written and verbal communication skills

•   Define costing and pricing for all production inputs;

•   Supervise all work units/teams engaged in production processes and outsourcing with community based micro-producers;
