Function description
The incumbent would be responsible to provide administration and technical support to the employees at the company office and Guest House at assigned location.

# Tasks

•   Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase, maintenance and upkeep of all required equipments, furniture, stationery, provisions, at company office and guest house.
•   Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance & functional head required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
•   Maintain MIS for the location and prepare budget Vs actual expenses made.
•   Guest House bookings, provisions and staff management.
•   Vendor Management.
•   Ensure proper documentation, Business Control checks, audits related to administration.
•   Monitor all Statutory Compliance areas.     Full
•   Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences and Samwad
•   Liasioning and coordinating with various departments with the corporate office and branch.
•   Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations.

Job Purpose:
