Job Purpose:

Main Duties:

•   Provide quality assurance to ensure that all reports meet acceptable standards

Communication and media relations

•   Develop and maintain good links with the media and key stakeholders of the organization
•   Ensure the development and implementation of a Communication Strategy for the organisation
•   Oversee information systems and technology, including regularly updating the organisation’s website

Human Resource Management

•   Serve as the liaison between the organisation and secretariat Staff
•   Manage and supervise secretariat staff
•   Ensure adequate pollcies and procedures are in place to guide personnel issues, culture and organisational values in the organisation.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Master’s Degree in Oil and Gas Management or Petroleum Economics/ Masters in Law or a Masters degree in any relevant social sciences
•   + 5 years’ relevant experience;
•   Extensive experience in research, Proven ability in fundraising and a good understanding of the legal framework of Ghana’s petroleum sector
•   Experience in grant management
•   Good communications skills – both written and oral
•   Strong English language skills required
•   Strong IT Skills
